The hotel is conveniently located close to Plitvice National Park, making it easy to explore the park on foot with children. The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, offering free pick-up and drop-off at the bus station. The rooms are well equipped, with a small kitchen area and a separate shower and toilet. The beds are comfortable and the linen is clean and fresh.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable. It is situated right next to the entrance of the National Park, making it extremely convenient for exploring the stunning Plitvice lakes on foot. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to the park allows you to easily access the bus and boat stations, ensuring a hassle-free experience during your visit.

I recently stayed at a charming guest house close to Plitvice Lakes, surrounded by nature. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The room had a balcony with breathtaking views. The bathroom was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast options were varied and delicious.

Although the hotel is within walking distance from Plitvice National Park, the surrounding area is disappointing. the room was basic without appealing décor. the air conditioning did not work properly and the towels were small. the breakfast didn't have fresh options, and the restaurant offered only limited choices with average food quality.

The hotel staff was unprofessional; they didn't provide transparent information about payment methods, which made me pay more than expected during check-out.

the key advantage of this hotel was its proximity to a famous natural park, just a short distance away. we really appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who made our stay more enjoyable. Lastly, the various meal options available were truly delicious.

Our only disappointment was regarding the lack of cleanliness in the rooms which could improve. this was not a real issue thanks to the accommodating and supportive staff.

The view from the terrace was stunning and the food was delicious. The trout was a standout dish and the service was friendly. the location was perfect for walking to dinner from where I stayed.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant was a bit lacking, especially compared to the beautiful view outside. it was a bit of a walk from my accommodations, which could be a negative for some.
